We know we promised a form on this page, but instead we've got links to a site at which you can redeem your codes. (The whole forms thing turned out to be a little too much for our admittedly nontechnical brains.)
To redeem your code, choose the format you want from the pulldown menu below the image of your book and click "Add to Cart". When you're done, click "View Cart" at the bottom of the page. Your browser should display a new tab (or window, depending on how you've set things up) into which you will enter the eBook code, your email address (so we can send you the download link) and a couple other pieces of information. As always, we won't sell or otherwise abuse your personal data.
